Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrator to join our growing team in the live entertainment industry! In this role, you will play a key part in managing operations for an entertainment company that produces events both nationally and internationally across 15+ unique brands. This is an exciting opportunity to step into the fast-paced world of music and live events, working behind the scenes to bring large-scale productions to life. You'll collaborate closely with a small but highly driven operations team, helping coordinate logistics, manage contractors, and support the execution of events from concept to completion. This paid position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in the music or entertainment industry, with strong leadership potential, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive while juggling multiple projects at once. For those eager to grow, there may also be opportunities to travel nationally and internationally to assist with on-site event management. Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day operations across multiple event brands and projects Coordinate scheduling and communication with a nationwide network of 100+ contractors Handle logistics for events, including booking travel, accommodations, and equipment transport Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses, balancing budgets, and maintaining financial organization Assist with sales initiatives, lead generation, and maintaining organized data systems Collaborate with a small administrative team to keep operations running smoothly in a startup-style environment Potentially travel to events to assist with on-site coordination and event management Qualifications Proven administrative, operations, or project coordination experience (preferred but not required) Strong interest in pursuing a career in the music, entertainment, or live events industry Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment Experience with budgeting, invoicing, or bookkeeping is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with contractors and clients nationwide High attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics Comfortable working in a startup or small team environment with evolving responsibilities Willingness to travel as needed for events (nationally and potentially internationally) Join a fast-growing entertainment company where no two days are the same.
