This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the CEO and team to ensure the firm operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our values. You will be responsible for strengthening the firm's operational foundation — developing systems, guiding workflows, supporting the team, and ensuring that goals turn into results. This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. Compensation:
$85,000 - $105,000 + up to $50,000 bonus for hitting reach goal
Responsibilities:
Your Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Optimization Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the firm Develop, document, and refine operational systems and SOPs Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and implement improvements Introduce and manage new technologies and process tools Team Development & Support Provide clear guidance and structure to team members Support onboarding, training, and professional development Maintain accountability and promote a culture of clarity, kindness, and collaboration Strengthen communication and alignment across the organization Financial & Administrative Oversight Review KPIs, financial reports, and forecasts with the CEO Oversee payroll, vendor relationships, expense management, and IOLTA compliance Ensure operational initiatives align with firm-wide goals and strategy Strategic Execution Partner with the CEO to plan and implement key initiatives Drive firm-wide projects from concept through completion Provide operational insights to support strategic decisions Compensation & Benefits $85,000-$105,000 base salary , depending on experience Performance bonuses Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays 3 weeks PTO + 1 week sick pay + parental leave A collaborative, innovative, supportive environment where people matter
Qualifications:
