Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Hospitality Team Member to join our team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Coordinate event setups, activities, or entertainment to enhance guest enjoyment Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or retail sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including pool or recreation zones. Also help with Laundry activities. If needed, engage in some housekeeping work cleaning the hotel rooms. Help with buffett breakfat in the morning for the hotel guests. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields Strong skills in conflict management and guest relations to resolve issues promptly Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions Knowledge of event management, food service, or theater activities is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings Join us as a Hospitality Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating welcoming environments where guests feel appreciated and valued.
