Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Coordinate event setups, activities, or entertainment to enhance guest enjoyment Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or retail sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including pool or recreation zones. Also help with Laundry activities. If needed, engage in some housekeeping work cleaning the hotel rooms. Help with buffett breakfat in the morning for the hotel guests.
