Job Summary Director of Operations Kingdom Networks Auxvasse, MO Full-Time | In Person $105,000 - $135,000 per year Overview Kingdom Networks is a local fiber internet and phone company serving Mid-Missouri. We are hiring a Director of Operations to lead Customer Service, Network Operations, and Marketing. Sustained growth has generated the need for more leadership and a finer separation of duties in our organization. We are spinning off select departments to place under a new manager that can sustain the culture of quality while we grow. We are looking for someone who can put in place new initiatives and expand the vision we have for customer relations. If you like coaching teams, developing simple and elegant processes, and finishing work that leads to growth, this is the seat you're looking for. What you'll do Lead the customer service team, including quality, staffing, coaching, and escalations Run the network team as an operations leader: priorities, schedule, resources, and performance. Technical direction sits with our Network Team Lead. Own day-to-day marketing execution with our marketing coordinator and outside marketing partner (strategy provided by a seasoned fractional CMO) Connect the handoffs between plant readiness, installs, support, and campaigns Put a simple weekly operating rhythm in place and hold it Hire, coach, and develop people without turning a lean local company into a bureaucracy What we're looking for You've led more than one team You finish things and put in process that people actually use You're steady in hard conversations You build and value a healthy culture You can work next to a strong technical lead without taking over the engineering You're willing to live and work on-site in Mid-Missouri Telecom or ISP experience is a plus, not a requirement Valid driver's license Why Kingdom Networks Long-term role in a growing local company Stable, professionally run fiber Internet company with resources to invest in people, processes, and initiatives Small team where your work shows up immediately Strong community focus Benefits Competitive retirement plan with a strong company contribution Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Company phone and internet Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shift On-site in
