The Position The Digital Strategy Manager will help lead the strategy and performance of CareVet's digital booking and AI-supported client communication channels. This role will focus on understanding what's working across our network, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and partnering with hospital and support teams to put those opportunities into action. We're looking for someone with a consulting, audit, or similar analytical background. This position brings together business strategy, marketing, operations, and analytics. You'll use data to understand differences in performance across hospitals and markets, identify the factors driving those differences, and develop practical recommendations that improve the client experience while supporting appointment volume and revenue growth. As these channels and technologies continue to evolve, this role will also have the opportunity to help shape how CareVet approaches digital performance across the organization. What You'll Do Analyze and Improve Digital Performance Evaluate performance across CareVet's digital booking and client communication channels, with a focus on appointment volume, conversions, schedule utilization, and revenue. Identify trends and performance differences across hospitals and markets and determine the factors contributing to those results. Develop clear, actionable recommendations to improve performance and measure the impact of changes over time. Establish reporting, benchmarks, and performance measures that help teams understand what's working and where additional opportunities exist. Translate data and analysis into clear insights for hospital leaders, cross-functional partners, and executive leadership. Partner Across the CareVet Network Work closely with hospital and operational leadership to support the adoption and ongoing optimization of digital tools and platforms. Help hospital teams understand how platform settings, scheduling practices, and operational decisions can impact client conversion and appointment volume. Build strong relationships across the organization and work collaboratively with teams to implement recommendations and improve results. Balance network-wide best practices with the needs of individual hospitals and markets. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and other teams to address opportunities that span multiple areas of the business. Help Shape Our Digital Strategy Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve how clients find, connect with, and schedule care with CareVet hospitals. Support the rollout and adoption of new features and capabilities across CareVet's digital booking and AI-supported platforms. Translate new technology and platform capabilities into practical guidance for hospital and support teams. Evaluate the business impact of new initiatives and help determine where CareVet should focus its resources and efforts. Develop and refine processes, standards, and best practices as CareVet's digital capabilities continue to grow. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years in consulting, audit, or a similarly rigorous analytical role — you know how to structure an ambiguous problem, build a defensible analysis, and drive it to a recommendation. A genuine blend of business, marketing, and financial acumen — comfortable reasoning about conversion and funnel performance, revenue and ROI impact, and organizational dynamics, often within the same problem. A track record of translating complex data into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders, and of building influence and credibility across an organization. You're energized by high-growth, high-ambiguity environments where you're building the function rather than inheriting it. No prior veterinary or platform-specific experience required — we'll teach you the domain. What we can't teach is the instinct to diagnose and drive. Must be based in the Greater St. Louis, MO area. What We Offer Health, vision, and dental insurance HSA, FSA, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Parental Leave 401k with employer match Unlimited PTO Pet care stipend And much more!
