Direct Hire | Kansas City Metro Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing organization to add a Branch Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties across the region. This role is responsible for supporting both the operational and financial performance of the portfolio while partnering closely with on-site property teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, operations, and taking ownership of their work. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance for a regional portfolio Partner with on-site teams to support occupancy, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations Review financials, approve expenses, and monitor overall property performance Travel regularly to properties to support teams and conduct site visits Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on operational needs and projects Support hiring, coaching, and performance management for property staff Qualifications Strong leadership and relationship-building skills Experience in operations, hospitality, customer service, property management, or a related field preferred Financial and budgeting experience preferred Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regionally MH456
