Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations. Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees. Limited authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, time is often spent completing the similar tasks as the subordinate employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience.
