Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will plan and oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. The Operations Manager's overall goals are to strive to exceed in all of our Level5 Hospitality pillars which include employee satisfaction, profitability, market share, guest satisfaction and quality assurance.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new hotel staffOversees the day-to-day operations and staffing of the hotelProvides constructive and timely performance evaluations Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with hotel policyDuties/Responsibilities:
Plans and organizes daily activities related to operations of the hotelMeasures labor productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reportsDevelop, administer and control the hotel revenue and expense budgetsCoordinates with other support departments to ensure successful production operationsDetermines labor needs to meet labor goals of hotel Assists with budget preparation and manages budget for departments overseenAssists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policiesPerforms other related duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities:
Excellent managerial and supervisory skillsExtensive knowledge of operations and production managementAbility to interpret financial data as needed to set production goalsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareEducation and Experience:
Five years of related experience a plusPhysical Requirements:
