We have grown entirely by referral and are adding locations in the Southeast. The Role We need an operator who turns plans into finished work. You will run the day-to-day operation of our flagship location, hold the standard when leadership is out of the building, and write down how the business runs so the next location can open from it. What You'll Own Daily operations: opening and closing, facility, safety, scheduling, and staffing standards

every commitment has an owner and a date, and you close the loop Labor cost against a target you help set Food and beverage operations alongside the kitchen lead: staffing, vendors, cost of goods, and waste Hiring, onboarding, and training for hourly teams A weekly and monthly operating report for leadership Turning how we work into a written operating playbook Who You Are Three or more years running daily operations for a service business: hospitality, restaurants, retail, fitness, education, or similar You have managed hourly teams and the leads above them You keep the list and finish what is on it You fix the process rather than work around it Warm with customers and calm on a busy day, in an environment that welcomes families and children Schedule On-site.
