PM Starting Pay:
$14.00-$15.00/hour Immediate Opening — We are looking to fill this position quickly and are prioritizing candidates who are available to begin training immediately or within a few days. Overview Dream City Bodyworks is a 5-star wellness and bodywork studio known for exceptional customer service, personalized care, and a guest experience that keeps clients coming back. We have an immediate opening for a dependable, personable, and proactive Guest Experience Coordinator to help keep our studio running smoothly each day. This person will be the first point of contact for our guests, support our therapist team, help manage the schedule, and play an important role in the overall Dream City experience. We are looking for someone who can begin training as soon as possible. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests Answer phones and schedule appointments Process payments and handle cash accurately Rebook clients and explain memberships, referrals, and current offers Support therapist schedules and daily studio needs Return calls and assist with client follow-up Help keep the studio organized, stocked, and guest-ready Assist with additional studio projects during downtime Requirements We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Trustworthy and responsible Warm, professional, and strong with customer service Proactive and able to work independently Organized and comfortable multitasking Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Comfortable handling money and confidential information Willing to learn and take ownership of their role Previous front desk, hospitality, wellness, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach our systems and procedures. We cannot teach integrity, reliability, initiative, or genuine care for people. Join Dream City This role is an important part of our studio.
