They will likely have established relationships throughout the restoration or commercial construction community and a track record of growing revenue, developing people, and building strong client partnerships. We're particularly interested in individuals who can help increase commercial market penetration while continuing to strengthen an already successful operation. Candidates who bring existing client relationships, subcontractor connections, and a reputation for developing strong teams will stand out. Why This Opportunity This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a growing operation while positioning yourself for future advancement. As the company continues to expand throughout the Carolinas, there is a clear path toward senior leadership and multi-location operational oversight for the right individual. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, growing business, and driving operational excellence, we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you. #search
