Revenue Operations Coordinator I Position Overview The Revenue Operations Coordinator I supports the day-to-day revenue and cash office function at select accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of processes across cash handling, reconciliation, HQ reporting, and vendor coordination. This role reports to the designated supervisor or manager at accounts where that role is assigned, and to the General Manager at accounts without one. The Revenue Operations Coordinator I operates through direct execution of established processes, with no supervisory or personnel responsibility — those decisions remain with the supervisor or General Manager. This role escalates discrepancies and non-routine issues rather than resolving them independently. Responsibilities Cash Office Support & Reconciliation This role performs the daily hands-on work of cash office support and reconciliation for a lower-volume account, following established procedures under the Supervisor's direction. Support cash office operations by assisting with daily reconciliation, reporting, and vendor coordination tasks under the direction of the Revenue & People Operations Supervisor, Unit Revenue Manager, or General Manager Assist with daily cash office operations and HQ reporting Assist with all major reporting, including Petty Cash, OSCR, Gross Sales Report, OFR, Trial Balance Reports, Invoicing, PCI, Fintech, and Sales by Stand Support administration of HQ Accounts Payable software and related transmissions and reports Help ensure fiscal deadlines are met to HQ Assist with trend reports, graphs, and analytical information as requested by the Supervisor or General Manager Vendor & Cash Handling Support This role supports vendor coordination and cash-handling training delivery under management direction. Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, or over shipments, or to arrange emergency shipments or requisitions Assist with new employee cash handling and POS orientation, in partnership with the Management team and Supervisor Assist in delivering cash handling training programs to employees as needed Document and communicate discrepancies to the office and Management team regarding employee accountabilities Administrative & Site Support This role provides general administrative support at the account, executing routine tasks under management direction with no supervisory or personnel decision-making authority. Provide branch administrative support, including answering telephones and word processing Support storage systems, policies, and procedures to maximize efficient use of space in warehousing operations In the absence of other on-site administrative roles (People or Financial), help cover essential administrative functions as needed Communicate quickly and effectively with the SSA HQ Team, Office Team, client, and on-site Management Team Culture, Compliance & Guest Experience This role supports site culture, safety standards, and guest experience alongside its financial and administrative duties. Support the operational team by helping motivate staff and contributing to a positive team focus Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures Perform the steps of 452 Guest Hospitality to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client Support SSAfety standards by following training and daily operational expectations Promote an inclusive and supportive approach at the unit Support unit efforts around sustainability and conservation in line with company and client guidelines This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with this position. Education & Experience 2-3 years of cash handling experience Prior administrative support and/or cash room experience a plus Experience with Office 365 — Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint ServSafe or Food Handling Certification a plus Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with an interest in growing into a supervisory role All educational backgrounds accepted; equivalent combination of education and experience considered Position Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of 35-50 lbs or more as necessary Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Valid driver's license required for roles involving a company vehicle or golf cart, subject to DMV check Work Environment The Revenue Operations Coordinator I works on-site at a single account in an active hospitality environment, splitting time between cash office support, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks under the direction of the assigned Supervisor or Manager. The role requires flexibility to move between financial reconciliation, reporting, and hands-on support tasks within the same shift while meeting daily HQ deadlines. Colorado:
Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).

Employees accrue at least 1 hour of paid sick and safe leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year, as required under the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act.
Washington:
Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked, in accordance with the Seattle Paid Sick and Safe Time.
