Shift Split Pay Range:
$80,000 - $90,000 What's the Job? Oversee daily operations during the 2nd and 3rd shifts, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Coordinate with team members and management to optimize workflows and improve operational processes. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Lead, motivate, and develop shift teams to foster a positive and productive work environment. Analyze operational data to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions. What's Needed? Proven experience in manufacturing or operations management, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams. Ability to analyze data and utilize problem-solving techniques to enhance productivity. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
