The Assist Operations Manager supports daily field operations for the security division by coordinating staffing, assisting with scheduling, monitoring officer performance, ensuring client satisfaction, conducting site visits, maintaing compliance with company policies and state regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact between field officers, supervisors, clients and management.
