Job Description The Fargo Force are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Intern to join our team for the upcoming season. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports hospitality and event operations, contributing to an exceptional fan experience at our home games. This is a paid position, with the opportunity to receive college credit if applicable. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of concessions, premium areas, and other food and beverage stations on gamedays Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking supplies Provide excellent customer service to fans, ensuring a positive and efficient experience Help maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas Support special event catering and hospitality needs as required Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth gameday operations Perform various other duties as assigned to support department goals Qualifications Working towards a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sport Management, or a related field (highly desired, but not required) Strong interest in the sports and hospitality industry Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately (or willingness to learn quickly) Must be available to work all Fargo Force home games, which include evenings, weekends, and some holidays Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in sports food and beverage operations, event management, and customer service Development of valuable skills in inventory management, cash handling, and team collaboration Opportunities to network with industry professionals in a dynamic sports environment Resume-building experience in a professional sports organization For more information about the Fargo Force, please visit fargoforce.com.
