About the
Role:
Indian Head Resort in Lincoln, NH is hiring 5 per diem Banquet Staff to support weddings, group events, conferences, and special functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, on-call work with mainly night and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
Set up banquet rooms and event spaces prior to functions Break down and close out rooms after events Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, timely manner Monitor and refill water glasses throughout service Monitor and replenish buffet stations, ensuring food presentation stays clean and appealing Assist with general event flow to ensure a smooth guest experience Maintain cleanliness of banquet and service areas throughout shifts
Qualifications:
Prior banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during events Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
Schedule:
On-call/per diem — primarily evenings, holidays and weekends, based on event bookings
