As the Manufacturing Manager, Operations you will play a pivotal role in driving manufacturing excellence by leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, and delivering outstanding business results. This hands-on leadership position combines strategic thinking with a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, empowering leaders, championing continuous improvement, optimizing resources, and collaborating across functions to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational performance. Full time Onsite- Portsmouth, NH What you will be doing: Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity objectives.
Skills you will need:
7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. 3+ years leading supervisors or multiple production teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management preferred Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. P&L experience managing production metrics, labor planning, budgets, and operational performance.. Experience working within ERP systems (SAP preferred). Medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience. Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP requirements. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with value stream management and operational planning.Company Benefits:
