Enchanted Allure Events is a wedding planing company serving New Jersey, NYC, and Philadelphia. We are looking for creative, innovative and passionate coordinators to join our awesome team! If you love being part of beautiful weddings & events and want to be part of an amazing, growing team, this position is for you! With this position you will take on responsibilities such as: Assisting with all key components of the wedding timeline. Being a resource to bridal couple and ensuring everything is seamless. Working side by side with Venue Coordinator to cross confirm all details. Communicating with vendors as they execute their role on the day of the event providing them with direction. (floor plan, agenda, etc.) Directing guests to appropriate areas as needed throughout the evening (such as: restroom, exits, parking, etc.) Oversee and assist with the set-up and tear down of wedding décor items (place cards, favors, card box, menus, etc.) Directing the bridal party with their roles (ceremony line up, photos, etc.)
Qualified Candidate :
Wedding/Event / Hospitality Experience (Mandatory, 1-2 Years) Has excellent communication skills - verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and cultures. Has a positive and hardworking attitude. Has a focused and strong work ethic Confidence with leadership skills Pays attention to detail and is very organized Ability to multi-task and handle multi-faceted logistical operations Able to problem solve and troubleshoot Able to adapt to high pressure situations Physically able to be on feet for up to 12 hours Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds (as needed)
Must Have:
Transportation :
Must have own transportation and valid drivers license
Availability:
Must be available on Fridays and weekends for client weddings as well as occasional evenings for team meetings.
