Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled person with a Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience in some combination of administration, staff supervision, and working with developmentally disabled population , including at least three years of working with the developmentally disabled population and two years of supervisory experience. This person will serve as the administrative support for the Operations Director of Residential to assure the delivery of quality services to residential, community support services, staff and programs as assigned. Additionally, to act as the Program Director to oversee the operation of specific day to day operations of specific residential programs as assigned or in the absence of a PD. Complete quality assurance monitoring on an ongoing basis. This includes completing regular reports, investigating any issues that are discovered, and providing ongoing support to the Program Directors. Provide aggregate data and reports to the Operations Director regarding quality assurance and other requested data. Attend and assist with the development of meetings, trainings and in-services as scheduled. Attend meet & greets for residential placement with The Arc as needed. Monitor and ensure fiscal accuracy including verifying petty cash, staying within budget, keeping accurate records of expenses, maintaining receipts as needed, and spending the budget throughout the fiscal year. Review all incident reports, check for completeness and accuracy. Investigate incidents and complete follow-up reports if required. Meet with staff and PD or Operations Director to address complaints, concerns or disciplinary action as needed. Monitor, review and edit all DARs for consistency and update/maintain the tracking form. Maintain programs in the absence of front-line management Regularly review Annex A's to ensure compliance and make changes as needed. Utilize data as needed; evaluate and recommend changes Plan, organize and attend all job fairs and ensure apps are appropriately distributed and tracked utilizing the app tracker and follow up with PDs to ensure the apps are returned and tracked.
