US Aviation Academy is looking for a Campus Operations Manager for our FAA Part 147 Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) school located New Jersey. This is a start-up school, planning on classes to start in Spring 27 or so. Our program offers day and evening classes, is an accelerated 8-month course that takes students with no prior experience through all requirements to become certified aircraft mechanics. It is an exciting industry with huge potential to change students' lives. US Aviation Academy started in 2006 and has since become one of the largest aviation schools in the country, teaching both pilots and mechanics. The Operations Manager can expect a fast-paced environment with a quickly growing school.
Responsibilities:
Work tirelessly for student success and satisfaction by focusing in on student experience regarding recruitment, retention of our students, receipt of Airframe & Powerplant LIcense and job outcomes. Will be the main point of contact for Campus Operations Community engagement and industry partnerships Oversees the daily contact of students to ensure their needs are being met and issues are being addressed including but not limited to retention efforts, funding matters, career services and student services. Manage all facility needs at the campus. Will recruit and hire new employees as the campus grows.
