You need three or more years managing operations or a field team, ideally in home services or plumbing and drains, plus hands on ServiceTitan experience or certification.

You are the first call the field makes all day, and that suits you. You take pride in a clean board where nothing sits untouched. You are a clear communicator who holds people accountable and keeps the crew glad to work for you. You stay organized when the day goes sideways and fix problems early. You bring the proven ability to run several technicians and job sites at once. You bring a high school diploma or GED (business or operations degree a plus), Slack and Microsoft Teams knowledge, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Who We Are:

We are a portfolio of plumbing, drain, and home services brands. We run on ServiceTitan, so dispatching, invoicing, and performance live in one system. We are hiring confidentially and will share the brand name once we are talking.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Run scheduling and dispatch in the ServiceTitan admin portal. Monitor active jobs for updates, notes, and accurate invoicing. Confirm supervisor coverage on high ticket work before first dispatch. Check in with technicians and clear what is in their way. Review technician performance and deliver coaching and corrective action. Lead operations meetings and work with the office on parts and escalations.
