Responsibilities:

Manage daily studio operations and front desk responsibilities including scheduling, client communication, check-ins/check-outs, laundry upkeep, phones, and emails. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming client experience. Handle administrative tasks including inventory, vendor coordination, and studio organization. Support marketing efforts including social media, promotions, email outreach, and community engagement. Assist with client retention initiatives and overall studio growth.

Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, operations, front desk, hospitality, wellness, or administrative management is required. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Comfortable with scheduling software, social media, and business tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment. Evening and weekend availability is required. Must be dependable, client-focused, and comfortable working during evenings and weekends in a client-facing role.
