Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gym, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and functional.
Staff Supervision:
Recruit, train, and manage coaches and front desk personnel. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
Customer Service:
Foster a welcoming environment by addressing member inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Membership Sales and Retention:
Work to attract new members and retain existing ones through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
Financial Management:
Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure revenue targets are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in gym or fitness facility management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices. Basic financial acumen and budget management experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
