As the HR lead for our Fulfillment Centers, you will oversee all people-related matters at our distribution centers (Dream Fulfillment Centers) in Secaucus, NJ, and Arlington, TX. You will collaborate with Senior Management and People Leadership to develop and implement HR programs that align with business objectives, enhance organizational and employee effectiveness, and translate into a sustainable HR agenda that supports growth. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR administrators across the network while closely collaborating with the corporate People team to ensure consistency and alignment on policy and practice. As a key leader within our broader People Team, you will also be able to lead key initiatives to drive impact across the organization in policy, practice, and culture. You will be based in our Secaucus, NJ, facility and are expected to travel regularly to our Texas facility and periodically visit our Brooklyn, NY, office.What You'll Do:
Maintain and operationalize all HR systems and processes in our Fulfillment Centers- including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, leadership training & development, compensation and benefits, performance management, communication, and diversity initiatives.
About You:
BA/BS degree with over 8 years of management experience in Human Resources, including demonstrable experience in leading a team. HR leadership experience within a center of excellence model, supporting large operations, logistics, or supply chain environment preferred. Essential experience in supporting sizeable non-exempt employee populations (hundreds of employees). Experience managing dispersed teams across both physical and remote locations. Strong analytical skills, HR Analytics, Workday, Excel, and Google Suite proficiency, and proven ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive insights. Proven track record in successfully launching effective HR policies and procedures and building high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, with experience implementing policy and program changes in response to evolving regulations while ensuring consistency across varying laws. Demonstrated sound judgment and the ability to navigate through ambiguity. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and relationship-building skills. High integrity and a passion for enhancing workplace culture. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and rapidly changing environment while effectively managing competing priorities. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.Benefits:
