Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily landscape maintenance, enhancement, and snow removal operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with strong commercial landscaping experience who knows how to manage multiple crews and properties, communicate effectively with customers, and keep daily operations organized and running efficiently. The Landscape Operations Manager will coordinate crews, schedules, equipment, materials, and job-site operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to contract specifications. During the winter season, this position plays an important leadership role in our commercial snow and ice management operations . This position reports directly to the Branch Manager . Key Responsibilities Manage, supervise, and support multiple landscape crews and daily field operations. Schedule crews and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and job-site requirements. Regularly visit properties to monitor quality, productivity, safety, and contract compliance. Review contracts, scopes of work, and property specifications to ensure services are completed correctly. Oversee landscape maintenance and enhancement projects, including planting, drainage, seeding, mulching, and lawn installation. Maintain strong relationships with customers, property managers, and other client representatives. Communicate proactively with customers regarding property conditions, scheduled work, concerns, and service needs. Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally. Monitor crew performance and provide direction, training, and accountability as needed. Assist with hands-on field work and equipment operation when necessary to support the team. Manage commercial snow and ice removal operations , including crew assignments, equipment deployment, site inspections, and quality control. Maintain accurate and timely communication with management regarding staffing, field operations, equipment, and customer concerns. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of landscape and/or snow removal experience , preferably in an operations or management role. Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance and landscape installation practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
