JOB DESCRIPTION
Director of Marketing Operations Reports to Chief Marketing Officer Position Purpose Department Integrated Marketing Location Las Vegas, Nevada The Director of Marketing Operations runs the operational engine of The Revolution's Integrated Marketing department, ensuring marketing strategies, campaigns and projects move from approved concept through completed execution on time, with clear ownership, workflow and accountability. This role turns marketing priorities into action by building project plans, coordinating internal team members and external partners, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring work moves efficiently from intake through launch and completion. Campaign & Project Delivery Own the operational delivery of marketing campaigns and projects from approved strategy through launch and closeout. Translate strategies into clear project plans with deliverables, owners, dependencies, timelines and completion dates. Coordinate execution across internal resources and external partners, including copy, creative, email, SMS, social media, web, digital advertising, print and seminar/event marketing. Manage handoffs and proactively follow up with owners to keep work moving and deadlines on track. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays and capacity issues before they impact delivery. Ensure campaigns launch on committed dates and proactively communicate when timelines or priorities are at risk. Escalate significant risks, priority conflicts or decisions requiring CMO involvement. Manage campaign closeout and transition completed work to reporting and performance analysis. Workflow & Marketing Operations Establish and maintain standardized workflows that move work consistently from intake through execution, Compliance, QA, launch and closeout. Develop processes, templates and SOPs that reduce one-off work and improve department efficiency. Serve as the operational connector between internal marketing teams and external partners, ensuring everyone has the information, assets, direction and deadlines needed to complete their work. Track external partner deliverables and maintain accountability to agreed timelines. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate bottlenecks and increase the department's capacity to support more agents and campaigns. Project Management & Visibility Own the architecture, management and continued development of Monday.comfor Integrated Marketing. Establish Monday.com, the operational source of truth for department projects, campaigns, ownership and deadlines. Maintain visibility into workload, project status, priorities, capacity and risks. Provide the CMO and appropriate leaders with clear visibility into what is on track, what is at risk and where decisions are required. Establish consistent communication rhythms around active projects, priorities and deadlines. Compliance, QA & Launch Readiness Manage Compliance routing and ensure materials are submitted with adequate lead time. Track approvals, revisions and final authorization through completion. Establish and maintain campaign and project QA standards. Own launch-readiness checks to ensure all required components are complete, approved and tested before launch. Ensure final materials, approvals and campaign documentation are appropriately archived. Success in This Role Success means Integrated Marketing has a reliable operating system that consistently turns strategy into execution. Campaigns and projects launch on time with clear ownership and fewer missed handoffs. Every major initiative has an owner, timeline, status and next step. Internal team members and external partners operate as one coordinated delivery network. Monday.comprovides an accurate view of department activity, workload and priorities. Leadership has visibility into progress, capacity, risks and decisions needed. Compliance and QA are integrated into the workflow rather than addressed at the end. Bottlenecks are identified and resolved before they become escalations. Campaigns and processes become increasingly standardized, repeatable and scalable. The department can support more agents and campaigns without increasing headcount at the same rate. Qualifications Proven experience leading marketing operations teams and managing complex marketing programs Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in web analytics, reporting, and decision-making Proficiency in marketing automation, email marketing, and cross-functional collaboration Skills in demand generation, content marketing, and social media advertising campaigns Familiarity with SEO, multichannel marketing, WordPress, and Google Analytics; budgeting and project management experience Ability to optimize workflows, manage project documentation, and report on marketing performance
