Job Description
The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of a team of medical professionals who administer basic and advanced care to those in need of assistance. The Supervisors will handle coordination of BLS and ALS providers as well as provide oversight of narcotics (if level of care allows), electronic PCR system, scheduling, and the training of new paid staff employees as well as the overseeing of all staff on their platoons. They will be responsible for the day to day operations of MTS platoons while they are on duty. Supervisors must carry themselves in a calm and professional manner, especially in high stress situations.
