Parkview Health Services Parkview Health Services, headquartered in Buffalo, NY, has been providing patient-centered pharmacy services to Western New York since 1985. In June 2023, we began our journey to connect like-minded pharmacies across the country to improve pharmacy services for our communities. Parkview Health Services owns and operates fourteen pharmacies in eight states. Along with deep community roots, each of our pharmacies shares a common thread - to improve access and adherence for patients who require complex medication regimens. We are hiring across several pharmacy and customer support teams. Open Opportunities Pharmacy Technician Pharmacy Support Specialist Customer Service Representative What You'll Do Support pharmacists and pharmacy operations to ensure accurate, timely medication fulfillment. Enter and update prescription information; assist with billing and claims. Communicate with patients, facilities, prescribers, and payors. Manage documentation, patient profiles, and incoming orders/faxes. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, URAC, and all pharmacy regulations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Role Highlights Pharmacy Technician Prepare, label, and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision. Operate packaging/automation equipment and manage inventory. Package and ship medications. Shifts Open Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm / Rotating Saturdays Required (includes shift differential) Pharmacy Support Specialist Process prescriptions, update patient profiles, and support billing. Assist with prior authorizations and benefits investigations. Triage incoming documents and support order flow. Shifts Open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, 9:30am-6pm / Rotating Saturdays Required Customer Service Representative Handle inbound/outbound calls for new and refill prescriptions. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate billing. Document all interactions in the pharmacy system.
Shifts Open Full Time:
Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm / Rotating Saturdays Required (Includes Shift Differential) What You Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office. Pharmacy experience preferred (required for some roles). Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for fulfillment roles. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior pharmacy experience required 1+ year pharmacy or customer service experience preferred (varies by role).
