Join our team managing operations for Sip N Paint events, Luxe photoshoots, and media experiences . Role Overview We're looking for a reliable and organized Event Operations Manager to oversee event execution and ensure everything runs smoothly across our experiences. You'll manage staff, control event flow, maintain quality, and serve as the main point of contact on-site for both events and photoshoots.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee full setup, execution, and breakdown of events Manage staff (hosts, servers, photographers, security, etc.) Maintain group communication and coordination Ensure smooth flow and timing of each experience Monitor quality control across all areas Handle issues and make decisions in real-time Act as on-site leader for Sip N Paint and photoshoot sessions

REQUIREMENTS

Prior leadership or event management experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills Ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Must be reliable and punctual Comfortable taking control and making decisions DETAILS $25/hr starting pay On-call / event-based scheduling Evenings & weekends required
