About the Role As the Head of Manufacturing Site Operations, you will serve as the primary site leader responsible for driving safety, quality, financial performance, and organizational culture. You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable execution, ensuring that production, maintenance, and workforce leadership are aligned to deliver operational excellence. Responsibilities Direct end-to-end plant performance, optimizing safety, throughput, cost-efficiency, and employee engagement metrics. Translate high-level corporate objectives into clear, site-specific execution plans and strategic initiatives. Manage the facility operating budget, overseeing labor models, controllable costs, and capital expenditure alignment. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data-driven KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable process enhancements. Cultivate a high-performance culture through values-based leadership, effective coaching, and rigorous accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FSQA and Reliability, to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and equipment uptime. Oversee workforce planning and labor strategy in partnership with HR to maintain operational stability. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, specifically in food or highly regulated environments. 5+ years of experience managing multi-shift operations and leading management-level teams. Proven track record of managing site-level KPIs, P&L responsibilities, and operational performance improvement. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and regulatory standards (USDA/FDA/GMPs). Preferred Skills Lean or Six Sigma certification. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience leading large-scale capital projects or facility expansions.
