$30.00 per hour plus up to $1,000 per month performance bonus Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nighttime Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations while being hands on during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in cleaning management, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This is a full-time role with days fluctuating each week, paying at $30.00 an hour and candidate preferred to speak English and Spanish. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to cleaning protocols. Make weekly work schedules for employees based off of our buses schedules Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary Collaborate with the office to ensure seamless operations and address any specific cleaning and maintenance requirements. Fuel and dump the buses Be willing to obtain a CDLis preferred Pay $30 per hour with a monthly bonus up to $1,000 based on performance after probation period. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or hospitality industry. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
