Full Time, Non Exempt
PAY GRADE
NE ($22.00 - $35.21 per hour)
AVAILABILITY
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Position Summary:
Responsible for general office operations as well as providing sales assistance for the Wealth Management Team through a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing client paperwork received from Wealth Management personnel, as well as items received through the mail. Work on LPL s Client works to see Client s accounts and help with reporting and updating. Receives and processes deposits and requests disbursements. Assists Wealth Management Team with Pipeline Reporting, Back Office Items Answers and screens Wealth Advisors telephone calls and arranges Microsoft Team Meetings. Calls clients for various reasons, including appointment options and follow up. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person(s). Helps clients with miscellaneous questions and scheduling of appointments. Assists in business development and partners with other lines of business to enhance the client experience. Perform additional duties as necessary.
Education & Experience:
A high school graduate or GED required. Minimum of two years experience in a banking, finance or relationship management role required. Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance desirable. Experience with basic office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Core Skills & Attributes Outstanding oral and written communication abilities. Must be task oriented with strong attention to details. Must be committed to continuing education, especially in the areas of compliance and audit procedures and willing to obtain related certifications as applicable. Must be an enthusiastic, positive and productive team player with the ability to collaborate with coworkers. Must be able to represent Pioneer in a professional manner to outside business and/or customer contacts.
