Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership Lead and oversee daily operations across all LTE Care Plus programs and service lines. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and growth objectives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and service delivery. Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop managers and operational staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives. Ensure adequate staffing levels and workforce planning. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Maintain readiness for audits, accreditation, and licensing requirements. Develop and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement programs. Implement corrective action plans when necessary. Financial Management Manage operational budgets and monitor expenses. Analyze financial reports to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with finance leadership on forecasting and resource allocation. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality. Client & Patient Experience Ensure exceptional patient and client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. Address escalated operational issues promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, partners, and community stakeholders. Strategic Planning Support organizational growth initiatives, including new service development and expansion. Lead operational implementation of strategic projects. Evaluate operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Utilize data analytics to support informed decision-making. Technology & Process Improvement Optimize the use of healthcare technology, scheduling systems, and electronic health records. Lead operational process improvement initiatives. Standardize policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization. QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required. Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred. Experience 7-10 years of progressive operations management experience in healthcare, home care, or related healthcare services. Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
