By leveraging Lean Daily Management and data-driven insights, you will transform operational processes to ensure our facility remains agile and competitive. Responsibilities Direct daily production activities to ensure all output meets rigorous quality standards, yield targets, and safety protocols. Mentor and develop a diverse workforce, cultivating a high-engagement environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence by applying lean methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize production flow. Utilize production metrics and KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement effective corrective strategies. Coordinate labor resources and staffing levels to maximize throughput and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to align manufacturing output with broader business objectives. Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance, safety standards, and internal manufacturing procedures. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline. 5+ years of experience within a regulated manufacturing environment. 10+ years of leadership experience, including performance management, staffing, and employee relations. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, including 6S, Kaizen, and change management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational improvements. Preferred Skills Deep understanding of FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Advanced proficiency in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process optimization. Experience managing labor systems and complex production scheduling. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale workforce engagement initiatives.
