We specialize in cutting-edge longevity therapies and integrative wellness modalities, serving both general wellness clients and medical patients in a professional clinical environment. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, driven leader to join our team as Front Desk Manager. This is a dynamic, client-facing leadership role at the intersection of wellness technology and exceptional customer service. The right person is passionate about wellness, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while keeping operations running smoothly and the team performing at its best. Job Description Oversee and manage all front desk and administrative operations to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience Lead, train, and support front desk staff to deliver a consistent, best-in-class client experience Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner and set the tone for the overall guest experience Manage scheduling and appointment flow, optimizing bookings and minimizing gaps or wait times Handle incoming calls, client inquiries, and escalated concerns with professionalism and care Ensure billing and payment processing is completed accurately and in a timely manner, and resolve any discrepancies Oversee inventory management, track supply levels, and coordinate restocking orders proactively Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and common area environment Operate and support clients on the longevity technology as needed Monitor client retention, coordinate follow-up outreach, and identify opportunities to enhance the client journey Collaborate with ownership and clinical staff to implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements Track and report on key front desk metrics including booking rates, client satisfaction, and billing accuracy Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the team and overall business goals Qualifications 2-4 years of front desk, office management, or supervisory experience preferably in a clinical or medical setting Proven ability to lead a team, delegate effectively, and hold staff accountable Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and general administrative operations Strong communicator with a warm, professional, client-first mindset Passion for health, wellness, and longevity science Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through Background in health sciences, clinical support, or wellness preferred Benefits Competitive salary Hands-on training with cutting-edge longevity technology 401(k) plan PTO & Paid Sick Time Off Wellness benefits and employee perks The Company is committed to equal pay initiatives and will not ask candidates for their current or past salary As an equal opportunity Employer, Hamptons BioMed does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
