Overview Deadline July 15,2026 The SAM Center is seeking a dedicated , mission-driven
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
to oversee daily operations and help advance our commitment to supporting veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will ensure the effective management of programs, facilities, volunteers and organizational operations while helping us expand our impact throughout the veteran community.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the SAM Center and Veterans Resource Center.
- Manage and coordinate therapeutic and wellness programs serving veterans and their families.
- Ensure effective facility management, maintenance, safety and operational readiness.
- Recruit, train, schedule and support volunteers.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and best practice.
- Coordinate program logistics, community partnerships, and special events.
- Monitor organizational performance.
