Exempt SUMMARY:
To assist in the daily operations, Human Resources, and as needed by the Ownership Group.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the leadership team and Ownership Group Find and order asphalt, rentals, and dump sites for dispatch Relay asphalt plant, rental, and dump site information to foremen Help with on the-spot needs for employees in the field Assist with employee's issues Post job and hire new employees Onboarding, MVR, and drug screening of new employees Manage new hire orientation, training, and open enrollment process Assist with training and safety programs Compensation research, questions, and adjustments Research and implement benefits program Handle HR matters from policy to payroll and benefits Maintain employee files and file compliance All other task, duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor and ownership group. Manage equipment inventoryQUALIFICATIONS

Two years of Human Resources experience, two years of management experience preferred. Language Skills
- Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, staff, vendors, Mathematical Skills
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
