Job Description

Leads manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering functions within a high-hazard aerospace production environment. Job Requirements 10+ years of manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing organizations. Experience managing functions such as quality, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering. Experience in aerospace, defense, energetic systems, explosives, or other high-hazard manufacturing environments. Experience with special manufacturing processes including CNC machining, welding, chemical treatment, brazing, and heat treatment. Experience supporting complex engineered products through manufacturing, assembly, and test. Experience overseeing manufacturing performance, production execution, quality, and supply chain activities. Preferred Skills Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Explosives, energetics, pyrotechnics, or high-hazard manufacturing experience. Experience with missile systems, precision munitions, launch vehicles, or aerospace defense products. Experience manufacturing electronic safe-and-arm devices, firing modules, ignition safety devices, detonators, or similar energetic components. Experience within aerospace or defense electronic missile systems manufacturing. Experience overseeing special-process manufacturing operations. Job Responsibilities Lead manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering functions. Direct activities of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering management personnel. Oversee production execution for complex aerospace and defense products. Manage manufacturing operations involving CNC machining, welding, chemical treatment, brazing, heat treatment, and related special processes. Establish and monitor manufacturing performance, production capacity, quality, delivery, and operational metrics. Oversee manufacturing readiness and execution for new and existing products. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain activities across production programs. Support production of high-hazard and energetic systems in accordance with applicable manufacturing and safety requirements. Oversee manufacturing process development, production problem resolution, and process improvement activities. Manage supply chain and material flow requirements supporting production schedules. Ensure manufacturing and special processes comply with applicable aerospace, defense, quality, and safety requirements. Support production, assembly, test, and delivery of aerospace and defense systems.
