WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Field Service Supervisor leads our talented team of Field Service Technicians in getting our customers back to work. As a Field Service Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day Field Service Department operations, be the first point of contact in communication with our customers during and outside of regular business hours, dispatch service technicians, and lead the service staff. In addition to the day-to-day operations, you will also take part in the development and training of your field technicians and be involved in process reviews to ensure that we are running an efficient and effective service department. REQUIREMENTS

A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must have prior mechanical knowledge of the products to be serviced, along with a technical background with heavy equipment, preferably Caterpillar products. Previous supervisory experience is required. Previous experience with dispatching service technicians is required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Must be highly motivated, with excellent leadership, communication, customer interaction, and organizational skills. Must have advanced computer skills with an understanding of Caterpillar systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and have a teamwork ethic along with exceptional knowledge of construction equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
