KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Management § Lead, mentor, and support a team of labelers and box builders and warehouse staff, providing guidance on technical issues and career development. § Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that team members adhere to established procedures and standards. § Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. § Oversee and manage 3PL team leads 3PL Operations § Coordinate and manage labeling and box building activities to minimize downtime and ensure production reliability. § Manage 3PL inventory, incoming material, and outgoing shipments. § Assist 3PL coordinator with new project implementations and setups. Technical Expertise § Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for complex issues. § Stay updated on the latest tools, and best practices to enhance processes and team capabilities. Process Improvement § Implement procedures and best practices as directed to improve production efficiency and effectiveness. Identify recurring issues and work with the team to address root causes and prevent future occurrences. Customer Communication § Communicate promptly with customers based on their needs. § Assure that customer expectations are being met. Training and Development § Provide ongoing training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively. § Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education § Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma/GED required Experience § 1+ years' experience in 3PL/Warehousing or similar field. Skills § Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. § Clear written and verbal communication skills. § Experience with warehouse order processing, shipping documentation, and label printing preferred. § Team-oriented mindset with strong coordination and leadership capability.
