What You'll Be Doing Driving Performance:

Leading, mentoring, and holding technicians accountable to revenue targets, conversion metrics, and safety standards.

Optimizing Operations:

Managing daily scheduling, dispatch efficiency, and workflows through Service Titan.

Coaching & Consulting:

Training plumbers to improve customer communication, present option-based solutions, and boost overall job performance. Representing the "Advantage": Overseeing operations across Oakwood, Beavercreek, and the greater Dayton area to maintain top-tier service delivery. What You Bring to the

Team Proven Results:

Must have extensive hands-on operational leadership experience in residential/commercial plumbing with a track record of driving team success.

Bonus Experience:

Prior background or cross-functional knowledge in HVAC operations is a major plus!

Software Savvy:

Expertise using Service Titan or similar industry management platforms.

The Essentials:

A clean driving record, the ability to pass a background/drug test, and elite leadership and communication skills.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
