United States, Ohio, Wilmington 145 Hunter Drive (Show on map) Apr 29, 2026 Description Provides district-level leadership and direct oversight for all maintenance and facilities operations supporting customer facilities within an assigned geographic district of the continental United States. This role serves as the front-line maintenance leader responsible for execution of regional maintenance strategy across material handling equipment (MHE), automation, and building systems.

Required Job Skills:

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in the same or equivalent maintenance/facilities leadership role OR 5-7 years of progressive experience managing maintenance operations in warehouse or automated environments. Provides direct leadership to Lead Technicians, Technicians, and CMMS / Scheduling Planners within the district.

Preferred Job Skills:

Understanding of preventative maintenance programs. Experience working with technicians or maintenance teams.
