Headquartered in Dallas, we have multiple locations positioned throughout Texas and Oklahoma. The Operations Manager - Oklahoma Region is a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa markets. In the forklift and material handling industry, this role oversees service, rentals, parts, logistics, and sales support operations, ensuring effective coordination between departments and consistent execution of company standards. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Operations Manager - Oklahoma Region serves as the primary operational leader for the Oklahoma City and Tulsa branches. This position is responsible for translating company strategy into day-to-day execution at the branch level. Travel between the Oklahoma City and Tulsa branches is required. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, hands-on operational leadership experience, and the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight across all operational departments within the Oklahoma region, including service, rentals, parts, logistics, and sales support. Execute company operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa branches. Partner with senior leadership to align regional operations with company goals and initiatives. Drive accountability through regional KPIs, including technician productivity, WIP management, service turnaround time, rental fleet utilization, and parts availability. Oversee regional budgets, labor planning, and expense control to ensure financial targets are met. Ensure consistent execution of company policies, processes, and operational standards across both branches. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance and consistency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer requirements, and industry standards. Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues within the Oklahoma region. Build and sustain a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop branch leadership and supervisory staff within the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in the material handling industry. Proven success managing multi-department operations at the branch or regional level. Strong understanding of service, rentals, parts, and field service operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Salary negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Experience Requirements:

Material handling: Three years required. Operations Manager or similar leadership role: Five years required.
