Inpatient Staff Pharmacist in Broken Arrow, OK

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A healthcare facility in Broken Arrow, OK, is seeking two inpatient pharmacists for a 13-week contract starting October 5th. This role is ideal for pharmacists with at least two years of prior inpatient experience, including IV preparation and supervision of pharmacy technicians. First-time traveler pharmacists are encouraged to apply, provided they live more than 75 miles from the site.

4x10-hour shifts Days/Evenings 12:00 PM - 10:30PM Responsibilities:
Perform typical inpatient pharmacy duties, including hands-on IV preparation and verification Supervise pharmacy technicians Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system Operate automation systems such as Pyxis and Carousel Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Qualifications /Desired Experience:
Current Oklahoma pharmacist license in-hand Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience, including IV prep BLS certification required Familiarity withEPIC EMR
system and automation (Pyxis, Carousel) No local candidates within 75 miles will be considered for this assignmentContract Details:
Duration:
13 weeks Contract type: Contract assignment Non-billable hours: 36 This position offers the opportunity to work in a 450-bed hospital setting, applying your clinical skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment.
