This is the top job at the location. You'll own the whole operation, from pharmacy and nursing through to intake, business development and revenue, and you'll have real freedom to run it your way. It's a hands-on leadership role for a licensed pharmacist who knows home infusion inside out and wants to lead a site rather than a department. What you'll be doing Running the day-to-day operation across pharmacy, nursing, intake and revenue management Reviewing monthly P&L with your managers and putting plans in place to improve performance Working with corporate sales and leadership on growth strategy for the site Hiring, coaching and developing your team of managers and frontline staff Keeping the site fully compliant with state, federal and accreditation requirements Making sure patients and referral sources get a fast, friendly and reliable service every time Leading quality and performance improvement across the location What we're looking for Licensed pharmacist (RPh) in Oklahoma Bachelor's in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred Home infusion experience is essential Around 5 years of management experience, ideally running a site or multiple teams Experience with accreditation, quality improvement and building out policies and procedures Confident with numbers, comfortable owning a budget and making decisions quickly A natural people leader who communicates clearly and brings the team with them What's on offer Benefits from day one 401(k) with 4% match, no waiting or vesting period PTO, floating holidays and paid holidays Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability Learning and development programmes Employee discounts and a generous referral scheme Why this one?
