• Lead field operations on large aviation projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality
• Coordinate terminal, airside, and specialty scopes
• Partner with project teams and airport stakeholders

• Significant aviation construction experience
• $100M+ project experience strongly preferred
• Strong field leadership and scheduling capabilities
• Stable career history with progressive responsibility
• Flexible to travel and relocate between projects What's on Offer $140K-$200K+ base salary.
• 20% bonus plus additional 20% travel bonus
• Bi-weekly subsistence allowance
