Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Innkeeper to assist in the operations of a small boutique hotel in Bend, Oregon. This is a flexible role that will be part-time with hours depending on the needs of the property. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating independently. There is no on-site staff, so the Innkeeper will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining the overall quality of the property. Key Responsibilities Report directly to the General Manager Manage guest communication including inquiries, reservations, check-in, and check-out Ensure rooms and common areas are consistently clean, stocked, and guest-ready Coordinate and/or perform housekeeping as needed Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve issues professionally Maintain inventory of supplies and manage vendor relationships Oversee booking calendar and basic administrative tasks Provide local recommendations and enhance the overall guest experience Qualifications Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Friendly, professional, and responsive communication style Comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities (operations, cleaning oversight, guest services) Prior hospitality, Airbnb/short-term rental, or property management experience preferred Must be local or able to respond to the property quickly when needed
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
