Reservation Specialist

Schedule:

Full-time or Part-time (Weekend & Holidays required) Job Overview Are you a people person who loves the Oregon Coast? Beachcomber Vacation Homes is looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our Reservation team. As the first point of contact for our guests and homeowners, you will play a vital role in creating memorable beach getaways. This is a role where you'll coordinate bookings, solve puzzles, and occasionally head out to our beautiful properties to ensure everything is perfect. Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls and emails with a warm, welcoming demeanor. Accurately process, confirm, and cancel bookings across multiple platforms Review daily reports, process payments, and maintain organized files. Coordinate work orders and communicate effectively with our Housekeeping and Maintenance team. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with guest services and vacation rental management practices is a plus. Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple inquiries simultaneously. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
