KAMIND IT
is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support our sales, finance, and customer operations teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product and pricing information, processing customer quotes and orders, managing invoicing and billing activities, administering Docusign agreements, publishing executive-level reports, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with financial and operational expertise, has experience working with Microsoft licensing and business systems, and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will help maintain accurate sales and financial data, support business growth, and provide critical reporting to customers and company leadership. Key Responsibilities Reconcile vendor (Microsoft) invoice with client billing Client Interface - manage payments and collections using FlexPoint Manage Connectwise billing system Process Microsoft incentive claims Placing Microsoft orders for clients & invoicing the orders Docusign Administration Manage the company's Docusign account, templates, workflows, and user administration. Required Qualifications Education & Experience 5+ years of experience in sales administration, financial administration, accounting support, customer billing, or related operational roles. Experience working in a technology, managed services, cybersecurity, or professional services environment preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel. Technical & Business Knowledge Working knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs and cloud subscriptions. Experience working with ConnectWise PSA tool General understanding of U.S. accounting principles and financial processes. General knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, customer billing, and financial reporting. Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis, reporting, and business productivity. Experience with CRM (KEAP), ERP, QuickBooks, or accounting systems preferred. Experience with electronic signature platforms (such as Docusign) highly desirable. Ability to handle ITAR documents (requires US citizenship) Required Skills Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Additional Requirements U.S. Citizenship required to support ITAR requirements for Federal Government customers. Ability to work on-site in our Lake Oswego, Oregon office. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer and company financial information.
