Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon (PHFO) is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to oversee the organization's financial and administrative functions. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, PHFO is in the process of restructuring and revising its financial practices, including streamlining its processes and procedures. The Finance and Operations Manager will play a key role in managing this restructuring process. Key responsibilities include financial tracking and reporting, compliance, budget monitoring, grant and project budget creation, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented leader to ensure the organization's financial health and operational efficiency while upholding compliance and best practices.
